Alyson Hannigan at the Emmy Awards



She has always followed her own intuition when it comes to fashion, and at tonight’s Primetime Emmy Awards, Alyson Hannigan definitely dressed to impress.

The “American Pie” actress looked lovely as she arrived at the big shindig, sporting a sexy black strapless gown with a slight train and her trademark long red locks.

Prior to the show, Billy Bush asked Alyson if she’d be heckling her “How I Met Your Mother” costar Neil Patrick Harris, who is the host of the evening. She replied, “Oh no, I’m totally here to support him and, yeah, I’m so excited to see what he’s got up his sleeve.”

As for the success of her show, Hannigan commented, “We’re sort of the tortoise in ‘The Tortoise and the Hare.’ We’ve had our die-hard fans who have followed us and it kept building and building.”

Winning the 2009 Emmy Awards



Each year, the Primetime Emmy Awards are a highlight of the entertainment industry’s fall season, and this year’s shindig definitely didn’t disappoint.

With Neil Patrick Harris manning the helm, the 61st incarnation of the Emmy’s had plenty of memorable moments and appearances, with a bevy of trophies being handed out.

Beginning with the red carpet, preggers celebs like Kourtney Kardashian and Heidi Klum were all about showing off their motherly figures, while young Hollywood hotties like Leighton Meester, Jessica Lowndes, and Blake Lively all made their mark.

Eva Longoria's Paris Prowl




Looking to be in good spirits despite the long flight from LAX to Paris, France, Eva Longoria was spotted having lunch earlier today (September 19).

The “Desperate Housewives” actress dined with a friend at L’Avenue and eventually made her way back to the Hotel Bristol all the while looking adorable in a black tank, high-waisted skirt and flats.

In recent news, Ms Longoria hosted the annual ALMA Awards held at UCLA’s Royce Hall on Thursday night (September 17) alongside George Lopez.

The awards recognize the achievements of Hispanic artists in movies, TV and music. Some of this year’s winners include: Penelope Cruz, Jessica Alba and Selena Gomez.

Jessica Alba and Honor Marie’s Afternoon Stroll




Taking advantage of a break from her work duties, Jessica Alba ventured out with Honor Marie in Beverly Hills, California on Saturday (September 19).

Joined by a gal pal, the "Sin City" star pushed her adorable daughter along in her stroller while paying a stop at the local Urth Caffe.

With a new teaser trailer just being released, Jessica recently put in work on the star-studded Garry Marshall directed romantic comedy, "Valentine's Day"

The film is about "intertwining couples and singles in Los Angeles breaking-up and making-up based on the pressures and expectations of Valentine's Day."

“Hills” Hotties Shoot Sexy




Being in the ever-so-fortunate position of getting paid to shop, the stars of "The Hills" were spotted imbibing on an afternoon retail romp at The Grove shopping center in Los Angeles on Friday (September 18).

With Audrina Patridge, Lauren Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt all on-hand, the trio imitated "Sex and the City" as they laughed amongst one another while filming the new opening credits for their hit MTV reality show.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, season 6 of "The Hills" finally makes its way to the air with a big premiere scheduled for September 29th at 10PM.

In what happens to be Miss Patridge's final season on the reality series, the brunette beauty previously told press: “I’m almost done with ‘The Hills’ - we’re in the middle of finishing these episodes, and I’ll be leaving then."

Set to develop her very own reality show, Audrina added, "It feels like I’m graduating. I’m taking the next step and growing up and maturing and moving on in my life.”

George and Elisabetta: Riding it Hard




Back home in the States, George Clooney and his girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis were spotted returning home on the "Ocean's 11" hunk's motorcycle in Los Angeles on Friday (September 18).

Keeping safe with their protective helmets, the twosome cruised down the street as Elisabetta held on tight to her hunky actor beau.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, George and Elisabetta recently have been traveling the globe - making stops in Toronto and Venice for promotional duties.

Clooney has been boosting interest in his new movie, "The Men Who Stare at Goats," which hits theaters on November 6, 2009.

Kourtney Kardashian at Beverly Hills



Showing off her growing baby bump, Kourtney Kardashian joined boyfriend Scott Disick to hit up a pre-awards gift lounge in Beverly Hills on Thursday afternoon (September 17).

The E! reality beauty and her babydaddy strolled along side-by-side past awaiting paparazzi, with Scott carrying a load of gift bags following the day's outing.

Meanwhile, it sounds as if Kourtney is having a tough time coping with her growing need for maternity clothes - instead opting to ransack sister Khloe's wardrobe.

The 30-year-old's little sis, Kim, tells, "She's huge. She is huuuuge! I think she's in denial of buying maternity clothes, because she just borrows Khloe's clothes."

"Khloé is going to kill me for saying that, but it's really because Khloé is so much taller," Kim adds. "Kourtney will take Khloé's top and wear it as a dress...She will not buy maternity clothes. I don't know what's wrong with her."

Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port at VH1




They've both moved on from their former roles on "The Hills," but Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port were back together side-by-side in New York City on Thursday night (September 17).

The MTV reality star hotties looked dazzling as they worked the red carpet at the VH1 Divas show at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, laughing alongside one another as they posed for pictures and chatted with press.

With Paula Abdul acting as the night's host, the show features a star-studded lineup of performers including Kelly Clarkson, Miley Cyrus, Adele, Leona Lewis and Jordin Sparks.

The benefit concert sees funds directed towards VH1's Save the Music Foundation, which is "a nonprofit that seeks to restore music education in American public schools."

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony Meets Pelosi Privately




Spending the day in the nation's capital, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony paid a visit to Capitol Hill for a private audience with Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday (September 16).

The happy couple made the trip on Marc's 41st birthday for the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Gala, where Marc will be honored with President and First Lady Obama in attendance.

As for the visit to the Speaker’s balcony, J Lo and Marc helped to promote Hispanic Heritage Month, as well as education initiatives for Latino children.

Press reports tell that Miss Pelosi said the appearance by the stars was “thrilling because they are so loved by the young people in America.”

The Speaker added, “We are pleased that the came the same day that in the House we are debating a bill on higher education.”

Tila Tequila Sues Shawne Merriman




Continuing to push forward in her hopes of getting justice, Tila Tequila met with a new lawyer in Beverly Hills on Wednesday afternoon (September 16).

The Singapore sweetheart is trying to contest NFL player Shawne Merriman in a civil matter, based on the alleged violet events that occurred in the early hours of September 7th.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, the San Diego D.A. office released a statement last week, announcing that the charges against Merriman were dropped, forcing Tila to stay strong and committed to fighting the case in civil court.

Aside from her legal matters, Tila was on her Twitter account this morning, telling of her aspirations to become an adoptive mother.

She tweets, "I want to adopt a son so bad! A boy! He would be Mama's boy and I would be so proud of him! *tears* ugh...ok enough daydreaming! GET UP!"
