Anne Hathaway Debuts Shorter 'Do for 'Les Miserables'

Trying avoid the awaiting shutterbugs, Anne Hathaway attempted to make a quick exit out of The Box Nightclub in London, England on Saturday night (April 7).

The "Alice In Wonderland" actress, who was accompanied by fiance Adam Shulman and another friend, sported a long jacket with a popped up collar while trying to hide her new short hairdo.

The 29 year-old's chopped coif is said to be a part of her new role as Fantine in the movie musical "Les Miserables". The character, who is a struggling factory worker, ends up selling her hair for money to help care for her love child.

The Tom Hooper directed film also stars Hugh Jackman and Russell Crowe, and is expected to hit theaters on December 14.

Anne Hathaway: High Fashion Flyer

Jetting off following a night at the Hollywood Film Awards Gala, Anne Hathaway arrived for a flight out of LAX airport in Los Angeles, California earlier today (October 25).

Showing off her fun and quirky fashion sense, the leggy "Love and Other Drugs" actress donned a pair of trendy, over-sized black-rimmed glasses, sleek black and white jacket and over-the-knee boots as she headed off to her high-flying fete.

In other news, Anne's Catwoman predecessor, Michelle Pfeiffer, recently offered up kind words about Hathaway's forthcoming rendition of the role.

Of the revamped character, Pfeiffer told, "I think [Anne] is going to be amazing. She has the darkness and the comedy shes got it all! Shes going to be great."

Anne Hathaway Drops By the Today Show

It’s one of the most anticipated remakes of the season, and “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” has just released new stills from the film.

Both of the movie’s stars Rooney Mara and Daniel Craig are featured in the shots, stirring up plenty of buzz for the December release.

Of the film’s intense rape scene, Rooney told press, "It was incredibly intense. We did it all in a week -- the week of Valentine's Day, oddly enough.”

"We were working 16 hours a day, and it was really, really challenging, not just emotionally but physically. But it's such an important scene. We wanted to do everything we could to get that right."

Continuing her never-ending promotional tour, Anne Hathaway was spotted at the “Today” show in New York City this morning (August 18).

The “Devil Wears Prada” cutie chatted with Matt Lauer about her brand new film “One Day,” set to hit theaters tomorrow.

During the interview, Anne confessed to throwing caution to the wind and mooning her costar Jim Sturgess on the Scotland set while filming.

“The street was locked off, but we were in front of an apartment building. It was a little naive,” she began. “I decided to be a little naughty and go for it, and it blew right up in my face.”
