Heading north of the border, Emily Osment made a personal appearance at Markville Shopping Center's Halloween Bash in Toronto, Canada on Saturday (October 31).
The "Hannah Montana" actress just so happened to be performing songs from her debut CD "All the Right Wrongs" while dressed up in a cute little costume.
Meanwhile, Miss Osment was busy tweeting away the previous day - apologizing to her fans for missing a Q&A session.
Emily writes, "Hello My Tweeps! OMG! im so sorry i misssed all of your wonderful questions. I'm going to reschedule with Yahoo asap so i can chat w u soon!"
