Eva Longoria's "Desperate Housewives" Final Season Shoot

Finally nailing down the particulars, newlyweds Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries have officially signed off on a prenuptial agreement.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the deal means that the 30-year-old reality star's estimated $35 million worth, as well as her NBA free agent hubby's $8-16 million in assets, are protected if ever they should split down the road.

While speaking with THR, family wealth planner Laura Zwicker noted that the agreement not only safeguards the bride and groom, but also the rest of the Kardashian clan, who may have money and entitlements tied up in business ventures with Kim.

Additionally, Zwicker pointed out that - if the pair do go their separate ways in the future - Kris would have a difficult time disputing the prenup, as she explained, "In their situation, it's less likely that a court would find it was unconscionable. They are similarly situated. She might have 10 times as much assets as he has, but he is not poverty stricken."

Continuing to soak up the sun south of the border, Milla Jovovich was spotted at the Las Ventanas resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on Wednesday (August 24).

The “Resident Evil” actress rocked a white bikini covered by a colorful beach frock as she cracked a bottle of bubbly while sharing kisses with her director hubby, Paul W.S. Anderson.

Married back on August 22, 2009, the happy couple headed to the beautiful locale a few days back to celebrate their second wedding anniversary.

The trip comes as the Anderson directed/Jovovich starring movie “The Three Musketeers” – which opens in theaters on October 21 - just released their Russian poster, which unsurprisingly features Milla front and center.

After getting prettied up in her personal trailer, Eva Longoria was spotted on the set of the “Desperate Housewives” in Los Angeles, CA on Wednesday (August 24).

The Gabrielle Solis actress looked stunning in a short purple dress and flats as she readied for her scenes for the final season of the hit ABC show.

Last week, ABC confirmed that the upcoming season would indeed be the show’s last and Felicity Huffman, who plays Lynette Scavo, weighed in on the announcement.

She told, "Bob Daily and George Perkins and Sabrina Wind -- who are all producers -- came and made an announcement on the set (on Friday). It was lightening! They told me like it was a state secret, like I would get killed if I told anyone."
