"Our Idiot Brother" Premieres in Hollywood
Back on the west coast after a short trip to New York City, Lindsay Lohan continued forth with her newfound passion of riding the waves on Tuesday (August 16).
The "Mean Girls" starlet shuffled out of her Tinseltown abode as she loaded up her Cadillac Escalade with a few bags and her surfboard before speeding off to a Malibu beach locale
Once arrived at her destination, Lindsay emerged in a wetsuit as she hit the Pacific waters for a photoshoot session - during which she got up on one leg and one knee before heading back to shore for a cigarette break.
The surfin' excursion makes for the second day in a row in which LiLo has hit the ocean, as she tweeted the previous afternoon, "With @atsimourtos @glennnnutley @cat_schwartz my favorite people shooting with @richardphillips and @paufdenkamp! after surfing with #kassiameador"
Lohan first began learning the waterbound sport after her release from house arrest in July, as she was taught the basics of surfing at the Oakley Learn to Ride Surf event in Dana Point.
Taking to the red carpet to debut their ensemble picture, the cast members of "Our Idiot Brother" were front and center at their film's Hollywood premiere on Tuesday evening (August 16).
The Weinstein Company and Ron Burkle sponsored event took place at ArcLight Cinemas, with Paul Rudd, Zooey Deschanel. Elizabeth Banks and Rashida Jones among the star power in attendance.
Fellow celebs such as Olivia Munn, Kathryn Hahn and Adam Scott also turned up at ArcLight to check out the Jesse Peretz directed movie which is described as "a comedy centered on an idealist (Rudd) who barges into the lives of his three sisters (Deschanel, Banks and Jones)."
Sure to be a favorite moment for the fellas, Miss Jones was asked if she really shares a smooch with Miss Deschanel in the film, to which she replied, "I did. We play girlfriends, actually."
Then questioned about the amount of rehearsing involved, Rashida answered, "No, it was pretty natural. We didn’t have any major sex scenes. We were just a couple. We’ve known each other for awhile and I would often text her husband and be like, 'I’m gonna bag your lady so hard,' just kidding. We were like a couple that has been together for awhile so it was that level of affection. It’s not like 'Black Swan.'"
"Our Idiot Brother" is set to hit theaters nationwide on Friday, August 26th.
