Cameron Diaz & Co. Honor DreamWorks CEO as 'Pioneer of the Year'


Immersing herself in the spotlight ahead of the May 18th release of her new movie "What To Expect When You're Expecting", Cameron Diaz ate up the spotlight during day three of CinemaCon at Caesars Palace is Las Vegas on Wednesday night (April 25).

The 39-year-old actress donned a skintight asymmetrical black dress as she spoke onstage during a Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation dinner honoring DreamWorks Animation CEO Jeffrey Katzenberg with the 2012 Pioneer of the Year Award.

Also on hand for the festivities were Miss Diaz's "The Holiday" co-star Jack Black, as well as "Puss In Boots" actor Antonio Banderas and his lovely wife, Melanie Griffith.

As for selecting Mr Katzenberg as this year's Pioneer of the Year Award recipient, Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation president Ted Cooper told in a statement, "We are honored in our own right to be able to single out someone like Jeffrey Katzenberg."

Cooper added, "When it comes to passion for our industry and compassion for those in our industry who need help, Jeffrey has no equals. He is most deserving of this prestigious accolade. As well we thank our friends at NATO for their continued support as we could not imagine a better forum at which to honor Jeffrey than at CinemaCon 2012.”
