Kate Bosworth Covers Company May 2012

Joining the many around the world in celebrating the Easter holiday, the stars of Hollywood spent Sunday (April 8) doing everything from attending morning church services to enjoying a little family fun in the sun.

Among those grabbing seats in the pews to listen to Easter sermons were everyone from a baby bump sporting Reese Witherspoon and family and the Kardashian/Jenner clan (which included Kim, Kourtney, Kris, Kylie, Kendall and Bruce) to Chad Michael Murray and Matthew McConaughey, who was joined by his lovely fiance Camila Alves and their two adorable children, Levi and Vida.

Another popular Easter activity of the rich and famous was spending the day at the beach, as Mark Wahlberg hit the Atlantic Ocean waters with wife Rhea Durham and the kiddies while Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber checked into the Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados before cooling off and sharing a few loving smooches in the Caribbean Sea.

Opting for a more low-key weekend were family-focused stars, with Jessica Alba, Gwen Stefani and Ellen Pompeo all attending Easter gatherings with family and friends during the course of the afternoon.

Rounding out this year's Easter sightings were Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux, who were seen cruising around the streets of Malibu in a black Mercedes Benz; Leona Lewis, who joined alongside the Easter Bunny at the Hopefield Animal Sanctuary Easter Fair; and Jake and Maggie Gyllenhaal at a New York City family function alongside Peter Sarsgaard.

She's been busy promoting her new movie "L!fe Happens" and pushing forth with her JewelMint efforts as of late and, as part of the press exposure, Kate Bosworth signed on to grace the cover of the May 2012 issue of Company magazine.

The 29-year-old actress brought her stylish ways to the David Mushegain shot spread while talking about all things fashion including her style crush and what she's loving right now.

Highlights from Miss Bosworth's interview are as follows. For more, be sure to pay a visit to Company!

On her style since coming from her dad:
"He's a former executive at Ermenegildo Zegna. I remember him telling me when I was at school that classic style won't ever go out of fashion. At the time I thought,'You don't know anything!' But he was very right – and I still appreciate his advice now."

On Los Angeles style::
"There's sort of a casual feel out here on the West Coast, so I'm lucky to have the luxury of not having to wear a million layers of clothing. I can just pull on a pair of shorts and a tee and I'm done."

On her style secret being comfort::
"I look at someone like Dita von Teese and I'm like,'WOW!' That whole kind of commitment level to fashion, I just can't do it. When I get dressed, it's always more relaxed."

On her style crush::
"I've known Sienna [Miller] for years, she's a good friend and a regular shopping partner. I loved the stuff her and Savannah did with Twenty8Twelve. I've been really grateful to her for wearing my JewelMint collection too."

On what she's loving right now::
"The Proenza Schouler collection. I'm always impressed by how they push themselves as a label. I've known them for such a long time and remember when their first collection was all black because they couldn't afford anything else – now it really zings."
