Keeping on top of her near-flawless appearance, Kim Kardashian paid a visit to a tattoo and hair removal clinic in Santa Monica on Saturday (April 7).
Clad in a jean jacket, white tank top, yoga pant and running shoes, the 31-year-old E! reality star smiled for the cameras as she headed inside LaserAway for her midday cosmetic appointment.
And while Kim was busy visiting the medical center, sister Kourtney was keeping herself busy with some quality family time.
In a chipper mood from the moment she arose, Kourt tweeted in the early hours, "Good morning! Good morning! The sun is shining! Hooray. Hooray. Have a good day :)"
The expecting 32-year-old later showed off her huge baby bump while grabbing a bite to eat with babydaddy Scott Disck and their son, Mason Dash.
Afterwards, Kourtney took Mason to get tea with a few friends at the Farmers' Market in Old Town Calabasas before joining up with Kim to visit their ailing grandmother at the Armenian Ararat Home for the Aging.
