Nina Dobrev Gets Charitable in the Big Apple

Ready for the second of a two-night run in the south of the border locale, Justin Bieber enjoyed a playful afternoon at the W Hotel in Mexico City on Sunday (October 2).

The "Never Say Never" sensation was decked out in a red and black plaid shirt with Ray Ban Wayfarer shades as he took to the resort's terrace area while snapping up photos of a throng of fans gathered at the hotel's ground floor entrance.

Clearly pleased with his time in Mexico, Justin tweeted his appreciation after Saturday night's concert, writing, "blessed and grateful to the people of MEXICO...tomorrow one more show in mexico city then off to Brazil. Let's make it a good one. thank u"

The 17-year-old also posted a YouTube link to a video taken from his Mexico City gig in which he's seen onstage showing off his dance moves.

With the video (watch above), Bieber wrote, "haha. sorry i had to. but until then LET'S PARTY in MEXICO!! Everyday Im SHUFFLIN!" He added shortly thereafter, "and Im still SHUFFLIN!"

Coming as welcome news to the show's many fans, “Arrested Development” has been confirmed to be planning a new season after having ended back in 2006.

The big announcement was made on Sunday (October 2) at The New Yorker Festival, as series creator Mitch Hurtwitz dished plans to produce a shortened season prior to a big screen theatrical offering.

Just following Hurtwitz's revelation, "Arrested Development" star Jason Bateman tweeted, “It’s true. We will do 10 episodes and the movie. Probably shoot them all together next summer for a release in early ‘13. VERY excited!”

Fellow co-star Will Arnett jokingly chimed in, “I’m peeing with @batemanjason at the moment..and we can confirm that we are going to make new AD eps and a movie.”

The Bluth family focused sitcom also boasts cast members including Portia de Rossi, Michael Cera, Alia Shawkat, Tony Hale, David Cross, Jeffrey Tambor and Jessica Walter.

As she ended her time in the City of Lights with a final night on the town, Bar Refaeli looked fabulous while at the Hotel Plaza Athenee in Paris, France on Saturday (October 1).

The Israeli supermodel wore a sleeveless white top/red skirt combo as she attended the Cesare Paciotti Womenswear S/S 2012 Presentation along with fellow guests including supermodels Izabel Goulart, Margherita Missoni and Hofit Golan.

The Paris Fashion Week event follows quite the previous night out, with Miss Refaeli being spotted sharing a kiss with French President Nicolas Sarkozy's son Pierre Sarkozy while partying at the Raspoutine Cabaret.

Meanwhile, Bar has since departed the Paris locale en route to the States, as she tweeted on Sunday (October 2), "Off to NY...Fasten your seat belts! Finally have time to read my book!! :) very excited to turn off my phone for a few hours! No offense."

Getting a much-needed break from her recently chaotic work schedule, Rachel Bilson treated herself to a leisurely day of shopping at the Grove in Los Angeles on Sunday (October 2).

The always-adorable actress was joined by a gal pal as the ladies roamed the popular retail grounds with Rachel looking a bit upset over being followed by a pesky paparazzo.

The outing comes as Miss Bilson can be seen in an all-new episode of "Hart of Dixie" airing tomorrow night (October 3) at 9/8c on the CW.

Titled "Parades and Pariahs," a synopsis via the show's website reads: "Hoping it might help the residents of BlueBell accept her as one of their own, Zoe Hart (Rachel Bilson) agrees to join Mayor Lavon Hayes (Cress Williams) on his float during the Founder's Day Parade, but, unfortunately, accidentally crashing the float doesn't exactly help Zoe win over Lemon Breeland (Jaime King) and the residents of BlueBell. To make matters worse, the town's golden boy, George Tucker (Scott Porter), informs Zoe that contractually she needs to bring in thirty percent of the business or Dr. Brick Breeland (Tim Matheson) will have the option to buy out her half of the medical practice."

Making the most of her visit to South America, Ke$ha enjoyed an action-packed day in Rio de Janeiro on Sunday (October 2).

The "Blow" singer tossed on a black swimsuit as she hit the beach and swam about the Atlantic waters - at one point having the unfortunate incident of paparazzi snapping shots as her top fell off.

During the course of her weekend romp, Ke$ha also took to her resort's swimming pool as she shared smooched with her guy and girl friends while drinking caipirinhas and playing waterbound games.

Along with the beach and pool playtime, Ke$ha messaged her many Twitter followers about her Brazilian doings, as she wrote, "WENT HANG GLIDING. NOT AS SCARY AS SKYDIVING. BUT STILL KINDA SCARY. SORTA."

The day of adventure comes after the 24-year-old made her grand debut at the Rock In Rio music festival on Thursday night (September 29).

Following her high-energy performance, Ke$ha tweeted, "I LOVEE you BRAZIL!! I hope I left u covered in magicall glitter steeze, weat, and sexinesss."

Having just flown into the Big Apple the previous day, Nina Dobrev was spotted making her way around New York City on Sunday afternoon (October 2).

The "Vampire Diaries" cutie sported a sleek black jacket and pink heels as she made her way to Union Square for Shape magazine's "Project Pink Day" charity event benefiting the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

The outing comes as fans can gear up for another all-new episode of "The Vampire Diaries" airing Thursday, October 6th at 8/7c on the CW.

Titled "Disturbing Behavior," a synopsis of the latest installment via the hit show's website reads: ""Still in Chicago, Klaus (Joseph Morgan) uses Gloria (guest star Charmin Lee), a witch he knew long ago, to help him track down missing information that will explain why his plan isn't working. Gloria's spells reveal intriguing glimpses of the truth, but she soon realizes she needs Stefan's (Paul Wesley) knowledge to complete the puzzle. When Stefan suddenly finds himself in danger, help comes from a surprising ally. Back in Mystic Falls, a frustrating new enemy pushes Damon (Ian Somerhalder) over the brink and he lashes out in a way that will have lasting consequences. Caroline (Candice Accola) struggles with her own emotional issues, even as she tries to help Elena (Nina Dobrev) face her feelings. Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen) makes a brief but disturbing breakthrough with one of his ghostly visitors, leaving him more confused than ever. Finally, Bonnie (Kat Graham) has a strange encounter that will affect everyone."
